Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and meet the following conditions:

Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
Item is unworn, unaltered, and unused
Item is free of any damage or defects caused by the customer
Return is requested within 30 days of delivery

Please ensure you provide your order number, reason for return, and any other relevant details to facilitate a smooth process.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and the bank processing time may vary. Please note that the original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a faulty item, please contact our support team, and we will guide you through the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to offer a refund instead if the item is no longer in stock.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing returns.
